Each evening, I savored a new menu featuring a choice between traditional first and second courses, which varied daily. One evening, I found myself relishing a beautifully prepared risotto, perfectly complemented by a glass of local wine. The restaurant ambiance was warm and inviting, with staff that genuinely cared for your dining experience. I also appreciated the convenience of nearby eateries, like the charming Ristorante Amico, which added to the culinary adventure. The breakfast buffet, particularly the fresh croissants, was a treat, even if it leaned towards the simpler Italian fare. Hotel Trinidad was a delightful base for exploring the local flavors while enjoying the tranquility of Rimini.
